Client Manager

The Client Manager page allows you to review all your contacts and the saved items you have assigned to each, edit client details, delete clients, and create new clients.

 

Client List

The client/contact list will display on the left hand side of the page along with the last modified date.

 

To delete a client/contact click the delete icon.

 

Please note if you delete a client/contact it will not delete the saved items that you had assigned to this contact.

 

If you put contacts into groups in the Housekeeping page they will appear within these groups in the Client/Contact list.

 

Client/Contact Details

If you click on a client/contact name, the details will appear on the right hand side.

 

The contact details will be displayed at the top of the page and any saved items that are assigned to this contact will be displayed in a table below them.

The saved items will be split by their type and display the date they were last modified. To unlink an item from a contact click the unlink icon on the right hand side.

Editing a Contact

To edit a contact click the edit icon this will open the edit contact detail dialog. Enter the changes you want to make and click the save icon,.

 

The changes will now appear on the contact details displayed on the contact admin page.

 

Creating a New Contact

To create a new contact, click on the new contact icon, this open the create contact dialog box which is the same as the edit contact dialog, however the contact details will be blank.

 

Enter the contact details and click save.

 

The contact will now appear in your contact list.
