Loading

To load anything that you have previously saved click on the Open option in the File menu. This will open up the same window as when saving. You can find the file that you are looking for in one of the three default folders:

• Favourite Items:This is where the instruments that you have selected as favourite will be added, at same time that it will add access for this object in "My items";
• My Items:In this folder all the instrument saved will go by default (Private or Public);
• Shared Items:This folder will allocate the files that were set as public (Read-only and Full access).

If you are looking for a file that you have saved under a folder that was manually created you will find this folder under "My Items".

 

The item you want to load and the save details will be displayed if you hover the mouse on top of the files name. You will not be able to edit any save details and these will greyed out. Click 'Load' in order to load your item.

 

A search function is also available, enter the name of the file you are looking for in the "Name" text box and suggested file names will be displayed using an auto-complete action.

 

Next to the creation date of the file, you will find the privacy that was assign.

 

• --: Means that this is a Private file;
• PF:Means that the file was saved as Public with Full Access;
• PR:In this case the file was saved as Public Read Only

Quick Retrieve

You can also retrieve a saved chart, table or report by clicking on the 'Retrieve Table/Chart/Report' link on the right hand side of the active list. Retrieve will work the same way as the Open.
