Static / Dynamic Excel Data Link

Each table and custom report in Analytics gives an option for a dynamic or static data link to excel.

Whenever you save a table, you can scroll down the table as see a Static and Dynamic link that is importable into Microsoft Excel.

This should be copied and the following procedures applied:

• Open Excel
• Select the cell where you wish for the data to be placed within the workbook
• Go to menu Data -> Get External Data -> New Web Query
• Paste the web link (that you copied from Analytics) into the URL string
• Click Go to bring the data from Analytics into Excel
• Click on the "Import" button to finish the process

At any time, to refresh the data in Excel

• Right click on any of the data cells
• Select the refresh option
