Why is my ‘copy to clipboard’ function not working? 

Some newer web browsers don't support the copy to clipboard short-cut (namely Chrome & Firefox currently). Simply right click on the image and select copy. You can then paste the image in your external programme exactly the same as the short-cut would have.
