What does End of Portfolio Re-balance mean?

Used when you only know what the portfolio weightings are today. This will auto calculate the weightings to their relevant start % weightings to ensure that they always finish on the users set end % weightings. This will mean that those weightings are constantly adjusting to always end on the users set values.
